Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

Vraj Seva Trust appreciates your support and generosity. This policy explains the rules and procedures regarding refunds and cancellations of donations or payments made to the trust.

2. Donation Refunds

  • All donations made to Vraj Seva Trust are voluntary and non-refundable.

  • Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Duplicate transactions

    • Technical errors during payment processing

    • Errors in the amount processed

  • Any refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the donation date.

3. Cancellation of Services

    • If a donor has registered for specific trust services (e.g., events, religious programs, or service bookings), cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled service.

    • Refunds for service cancellations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of Vraj Seva Trust.

4. Process for Refund Requests

  • Contact the trust via email or phone:

  • Provide relevant details, including:

    • Donor name

    • Transaction ID or receipt number

    • Date and amount of donation

    • Reason for refund request

  • The trust will review your request and respond within 7–10 business days.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Vraj Seva Trust is not responsible for delays or issues caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.

  • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of the trust, in accordance with this policy.
